How to cancel automatic renewal?

To cancel automatic renewal for your Drime subscription:

  1. Log in to your Drime account.

  2. Go to the Billing section at https://app.drime.cloud/billing.

  3. Find your active subscription and click on Manage Subscription.

  4. Select Disable Automatic Renewal.

Important Notes:

  • Access Continuation: Disabling automatic renewal will not immediately stop your subscription. You will continue to have access to all subscription features until the end of your current billing period.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued if required by law. Users in the European Union, for example, can cancel their Paid Account subscriptions and request a refund within 14 days of subscribing, upgrading, or renewing.

  • Storage Limitations: If you choose not to renew, make sure your stored documents fit within the free 20GB limit, as additional storage will no longer be available.

  • Account Management: You can always manage or terminate your Drime account, but note that deletion is irreversible.
