Drime Transfer and Send & Track are two different ways to share files, each with its own purpose.
Transfer
Best for sending large files (up to 100 GB).
Recipients get a simple download link.
You can set an expiration date (default 7 days, max 30 days).
You can add a password for extra security.
No tracking of who accessed the file.
Independent from Drime Drive (does not use your workspace storage).
Send & Track
Best for sharing files already stored in your Drime Drive.
Lets you track who views or downloads your file.
Statistics available in app.drime.cloud/track.
Requires enabling Track file in the link settings.
Useful for sensitive or important files where visibility matters.
Summary
Use Transfer → when you need to quickly send large files with an expiration date.
Use Send & Track → when you need insights into who accessed your shared file and when.
