Yes, if you enable Track file on a shared link, you can see when someone downloads your file.
Steps
In app.drime.cloud/drive, create a shareable link for your file.
Open the link settings and enable Track file.
Share the link with your recipients.
Go to app.drime.cloud/track to see detailed statistics, including the exact time of each download.
Notes
Tracking only works if Track file is enabled before sharing the link.
Download activity is logged alongside views, so you can distinguish between people who only opened the file and those who downloaded it.
