How does Vault encryption work?

Updated over 4 months ago

Files stored in Drime Vault are protected using end-to-end encryption.

How it works

  • Files are encrypted on your device before they are uploaded to Vault.

  • Encrypted files are stored on Drime servers, but only you can decrypt and access them.

  • Vault requires re-authentication to access, adding an extra security layer.

Notes

  • Even Drime administrators or workspace owners cannot view Vault contents.

  • Encryption is automatic; no manual steps are needed to secure files.

  • If you lose your Vault password, the encrypted files cannot be recovered.
