No, it is not possible to move existing files from your Drime Drive into Vault, and this feature will not be available in the future.
Notes
Vault is designed as a separate secure space, not an extension of your Drive.
If you want a file in Vault, you need to upload it directly into Vault.
Files already stored in your Drive cannot be transferred into Vault after the fact.
