No — Drime does not currently allow you to limit downloads for shared files.
Notes
Recipients with access to a shared link can view and download the file without restrictions.
You can still control access using permissions, password protection, expiration dates (Essentials plan or higher), and file tracking.
For sensitive content, consider using these available controls to manage who can access the file and for how long.
