How to unblock my account?

If your Drime account has been blocked, you can regain access by following these steps:

On the web

  1. Go to the Drime login page.

  2. If your account is blocked due to failed login attempts, wait for the temporary lock period to expire (usually a few minutes).

  3. If you forgot your password, click Forgot your password? to reset it.

  4. Log in again with your correct credentials once the account is unblocked.

Contact support

  • If your account remains blocked or you need immediate access, contact Drime Support.

  • Be prepared to verify your identity to regain access.

Notes

  • After unblocking, ensure your credentials are correct and consider enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security.

  • Avoid multiple failed login attempts to prevent the account from being blocked again.
