Why is my account locked after failed login attempts?

Updated over 4 months ago

Your Drime account may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts to protect it from unauthorized access.

Why this happens

  • Drime automatically locks accounts after several consecutive incorrect password entries.

  • This is a security measure to prevent brute-force attacks.

How to unlock your account

  1. Wait for the temporary lock period to expire (usually a few minutes).

  2. Use the Forgot your password? link on the login page if you don’t remember your password.

  3. If the account remains locked or you need immediate access, contact Drime Support for assistance.

Notes

  • Once unlocked, make sure to enter your credentials carefully.

  • Consider enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added account security.
