How do I invite members to a workspace?

You can invite new members to your workspace so they can collaborate on projects, upload files, and access shared resources.

Steps to invite members

On the web

  1. Log in to app.drime.cloud.

  2. Open the workspace where you want to add members.

  3. Click on SettingsMembers.

  4. Click Invite members.

  5. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.

  6. Choose their role (e.g., member or admin).

  7. Click Send Invitation.

  8. Invited members will receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

On mobile (iOS or Android)

  1. Open the Drime app and go to your workspace.

  2. Tap SettingsMembersInvite members.

  3. Enter the email addresses and select roles.

  4. Tap Send Invitation.

Important notes

  • Only the workspace owner or admins can invite new members.

  • Storage usage for files uploaded by invited members is charged to the workspace owner.

  • Members will need a Drime account to join the workspace; they can create one if they don’t have it yet.
