If you can’t access your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes, you may still be able to sign in using your recovery options.
1. Use a recovery code
When you enabled 2FA, Drime provided a set of backup recovery codes.
Find one of these codes and enter it instead of the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Once logged in, you can reconfigure 2FA in your account settings.
2. Check your authenticator app
Make sure the date and time on your phone are set correctly (2FA codes depend on this).
Try restoring your account in the authenticator app if you recently changed devices.
3. If you lost both your app and recovery codes
Go to the Drime login page.
Enter your email and password.
On the 2FA screen, click Can’t access your code? (if available) to start the recovery process.
Otherwise, contact Drime Support. You may be asked to verify your identity before 2FA is disabled or reset.
Tips
Always store recovery codes in a safe place.
Consider printing them or saving them in a secure password manager.
