I lost my 2FA code, what should I do?

Discover what you can do if you lost your 2FA code.

If you can’t access your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes, you may still be able to sign in using your recovery options.

1. Use a recovery code

  • When you enabled 2FA, Drime provided a set of backup recovery codes.

  • Find one of these codes and enter it instead of the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

  • Once logged in, you can reconfigure 2FA in your account settings.

2. Check your authenticator app

  • Make sure the date and time on your phone are set correctly (2FA codes depend on this).

  • Try restoring your account in the authenticator app if you recently changed devices.

3. If you lost both your app and recovery codes

  • Go to the Drime login page.

  • Enter your email and password.

  • On the 2FA screen, click Can’t access your code? (if available) to start the recovery process.

  • Otherwise, contact Drime Support. You may be asked to verify your identity before 2FA is disabled or reset.

Tips

  • Always store recovery codes in a safe place.

  • Consider printing them or saving them in a secure password manager.
