You can update the email address associated with your Drime account from your account settings.
On the web
Log in to your account at app.drime.cloud.
Click on your profile icon (top right corner).
Go to Account settings.
Under Email, click Edit.
Enter your new email address and confirm the change.
Check your new inbox and click the confirmation link sent by Drime to complete the update.
On mobile (iOS or Android)
Open the Drime app and log in.
Go to Settings from the menu.
Tap Account settings → Email.
Enter your new email address.
Confirm the change by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
Important notes
You need access to your current email address to confirm the change.
If you don’t receive the confirmation email, check your spam/junk folder or request a new link.
If you no longer have access to your old email address, please contact Drime Support for assistance.
