If you can’t remember your password or would like to change it, you can reset it in just a few steps.
On the web
Go to the Drime login page.
Click Forgot your password? under the login form.
Enter the email address linked to your account.
Check your inbox for an email from Drime with a reset link.
Click the link and set a new password.
On mobile (iOS or Android)
Open the Drime app.
Tap Forgot your password? on the login screen.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Open the reset email and follow the link to create a new password.
If you don’t receive the email
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you entered the correct email address.
If the link expires, request a new one.
Tips for a secure password
Use at least 8 characters.
Include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Avoid common or reused passwords.
